Our service technicians and/or process specialists are there for you to assist you in solving any technical issue with respect to your corrugator either if it is mechanical, electrical or process related. Just explain to our service team your technical failure on your corrugator and they will find, together with you, the solution in order to solve this problem. If not, they will organize and send you the right service technician or specialist to deal with it!
They will also provide you necessary recommendations regarding maintenance and direct solutions to prevent further future technical failures.(preventive maintenance)
Our service technicians or specialists are available 24/7, 365 days to help you out with any given technical issue. If necessary our service team will have a service technician or specialist at your site within 24 hours after your first distress call.
