M2P®/BHS local plant services
From production point of view the corrugator is the heart of the integrated box plant. Maintenance the corrugator, to keep the machine in a good and reliable condition is a high priority. Consistently extending and improving productivity and quality from the corrugator, combined with waste management is a challenge. To take over this task permanently and to make it easier for you as our customer, we have developed the approach M2P®, which stands for Maintenance to Productivity.
The concept is based on BHS being permanently on site and taking over the complete maintenance of the corrugator including the spare parts warehouse. Payment of this service is based on the amount of corrugated board produced.
There is also the option of extending the M2P® to the “BHS local plant service”. Which can take care of additional services, away from the corrugator to build up an on-site service network for customers to manage all the maintenance tasks of the entire plant. The benefit being just one contact permanently on site to manage and deliver maintenance services.
